MILAN , PERSONAL TRAINER.

Milan is a certified personal trainer and graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training and has more than 8 years of experience in the field. With a strong focus on form, Milan belives that improving functionality is the key to achieving ones fitness goals.




ANGELA , PERSONAL TRAINER.

Angela is a NASM certified personal trainer who specializes in functional and corrective exercise. She helps her clients build strong bodies and uses her knowledge in biomechanics to aid clients in building functionally sound bodies. Angela uses innovative techniques and an out of the box approach to help her clients reach their goals.

JULIAN, PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER.

Julian Walters is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and graduate of Bridgewater State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He is recognized for his expertise in functional training and his overall commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques. Julian’s dynamic approach, boundless energy and humor only add to the effectiveness of the experience his clients enjoy. With a client list as diverse as his training methods, Julian emphasizes strength training, conditioning, mobility and flexibility modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life.

MANNY, PERSONAL TRAINER.

A graduate from NPTI, Manuel had always carried a heavy passion when it comes to fitness. Because of what he learned from past experiences from being a marathon runner and athlete, he realized how much fitness impacted his life in such a tremendous way. Calm in nature but serious with his career, Manuel’s goal is to strengthen client’s mentally and physically. His style of training is focused on brining out an energetic and motivational atmosphere so every session bring new challenges and excitement. Manuel’s favorite workout programs are strength training and metabolic training.

KECHIRA , PERSONAL TRAINER.

Kechira is NASM certified, TRX Suspension Training Certified, Strength Calisthenics Certified and Trigger Point Therapy Certified. She specializes in functional strength training and serves those wanting to craft a balanced and active lifestyle. She is passionate about empowering clients. Her career as a collegiate athlete ended in defeat and injury. Personal training has been the self care that improved her own fitness, allowing her to share her individual training tips and secrets with clients.

JANINE , PERSONAL TRAINER.

Janine is a NASM certified personal trainer and also a graduate of American Academy of Personal Training school(AAPT). Over the span of many years she gained a lot of weight, at her heaviest she was 236lbs. She decided to take back control of her body and lost 70lbs through proper nutrition and exercise. However due to not performing certain exercises with proper form, she developed a massive core hernia and needed surgery to repair. The healing process took 1yr, during this time she decided to leave her 16yr technology career and pursue a career in fitness. She enrolled in AAPT where she learned nutrition, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, body comp, resting and active fitness assessments, program design and exercise technique. Her motivation is to help others achieve their fitness goals but most importantly to perform exercise with correct form to avoid injury and not experience what she did. Janine specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and functional movement. Her approach to exercise is to make it fun, safe and effective for her clients.

DRE , PERSONAL TRAINER.

Dre is no stranger to health and fitness, having spent many years as an A.S.C.P Phlebotomist and A.C.E certified Personal Trainer. She believes that functional training, along with proper nutrition are the key to success and long term results. Having to overcome some personal weight management battles in the past, she turned to strength training and has not turned back! She now competes in Powerlifting and is a member of the USA Powerlifting (USAPL). When not training for meets, she loves spinning,rowing, and anti-gravitiy yoga. Her specialties include kettlebell, TRX, boot camp, small group training, and weight management.
